Information you choose to send
When you use the project enquiry form or email me, I receive the contact details and project information you provide. I use that information to understand your request, reply, prepare a proposal and manage our conversation or an agreed project.
The enquiry form does not accept file uploads. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in an initial message. If project files are needed later, we can agree on an appropriate way to share them.
How enquiries are delivered
The website sends form enquiries through Cloudflare email infrastructure to my Yahoo mailbox at saulogalvares@yahoo.com.br. These providers process information as part of delivering and handling the message. Their services may involve processing in countries other than yours.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Website infrastructure and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser signals and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Tracking and marketing
This website does not currently have analytics tools, advertising pixels or a subscriber list. Sending a project enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Technical information may still be processed by the hosting and security services needed to operate the website. This statement does not describe a promise that no technical cookies or security mechanisms can ever be used.
Retention and your requests
I keep enquiry information only as needed to respond, manage the conversation or project and handle the mailbox in the ordinary course of work. This includes relevant correspondence and any records needed for an agreed service. I do not promise a fixed deletion period that the actual email services or project requirements cannot support.
You can email me to ask about information you have shared or request a correction or deletion. I will review the request in light of the information held, the services involved and any applicable obligations.
Links and policy updates
Links to Upwork, LinkedIn and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This policy describes this website rather than those external services.
If the way the website handles information changes, I will update this page.
